Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to be part of a dynamic group of people in an exciting company in the valley! This position will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing, analysis, and reporting of financial data for the company. This individual will also help to develop and implement controls and procedures. Our client's company is growing quickly so this is the perfect oppurtunity to be part of something exciting!

Responsibilities:

• Ad-hoc financial/operation analysis
• Evaluating the company's current performance metrics and identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the company's ability to identify economic opportunities
• Create, prepare and maintain all Developing and implementing controls and procedures that ensure processing, analysis, and reporting is done timely and accurately.
• Assisting in the development of monthly forecasts, incorporating industry data, trend analysis and other revenue drivers
• Preparing various monthly and quarterly reports and detailed analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• MBA or on track towards achieving MBA
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience in MS Office, including Excel. Access preferred.
